By accessing or using our real-time transcription and AI-powered meeting analysis services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We provide the following services:

You acknowledge that our AI features process Your Content to provide transcription, summaries, and analysis. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of this processing.

6.3 Data Retention

We will retain Your Content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with Services. You may delete Your Content at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Payment and Fees

10. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a quality experience for all users and to prevent abuse of our Services, we enforce a Fair Usage Policy. This policy applies to all subscription plans and covers both transcription and AI features.

10.1 Usage Allowances

Each subscription plan includes the following:

  • •Transcription minutes: A specified monthly allowance of audio transcription time, which varies by plan
  • •AI features: Unlimited access to AI-powered summaries, chat queries, and analysis features for normal, reasonable use

Transcription usage is measured from the start of each billing period and resets at the beginning of the next period. Unused transcription minutes do not roll over to subsequent periods.

10.2 Excessive Use

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take action if we detect usage that significantly exceeds normal patterns, including but not limited to:

  • •Automated or bulk transcription requests designed to circumvent usage limits
  • •Excessive or automated AI chat queries intended to extract or process large volumes of data
  • •Sharing account credentials with multiple users to avoid purchasing additional subscriptions
  • •Using the Services in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
  • •Reselling, redistributing, or commercialising the Services or AI outputs without authorisation

10.3 Enforcement

If we determine that your usage violates this Fair Usage Policy, we may, at our discretion:

  • •Contact you to discuss your usage and explore suitable plan options
  • •Temporarily throttle or restrict access to certain features
  • •Require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan
  • •Suspend or terminate your account in cases of serious or repeated violations

We aim to apply this policy fairly and will generally provide notice before taking action, except in cases of severe abuse. If you have questions about whether your intended use complies with this policy, please contact us before proceeding.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content), are owned by or licensed to datumAI Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
